  5. Buildings with established floor ownership rights, buildings whose type correction has not yet been made in the land registry and whose description is recorded as "land" in the land registry, and cooperative housing units for which title deed allocation has not yet been made.

Which buildings are not eligible for DASK (Compulsory Earthquake Insurance)?

The following buildings are not eligible for Compulsory Earthquake Insurance (DASK):

 

  1. Buildings and independent sections subject to the Public Housing Law No. 2946 dated 9/11/1983 or used as public service buildings.
  2. Buildings constructed in village settlement areas, surrounding areas, and hamlets by individuals registered in the village population and permanently residing in the village. 
  3. Buildings used entirely for commercial or industrial purposes.
  4. Buildings without a project and without engineering services.
  5. Buildings whose load-bearing system has been altered or weakened in a way that negatively affects it.
  6. Buildings whose load-bearing system has been constructed in violation of regulations and the project.
  7. Buildings slated for demolition by authorized public institutions, as well as buildings unsuitable for residential use, neglected, dilapidated, or abandoned.
