We are by your side for any minor damages that may occur throughout the year. Moreover, utilizing our Minor Repair Service will not affect your No-Claims Bonus tier.

Your no-claims bonus tier remains unaffected in the event of mishaps that may occur once a year—such as broken windows, headlights, or mirrors; lost keys; or the theft of personal belongings. Furthermore, your no-claims discount remains intact for the first claim processed through our Rapid Support Services.

If your vehicle's keys are lost or stolen, we cover the costs for key duplication, alarm assembly, immobilizer reprogramming, and the replacement of the ignition  lock set.

Personal items kept inside your vehicle are protected, subject to specific terms and conditions.

In the event that your vehicle is stolen or damaged beyond repair, a compensation payment is issued based on the vehicle's specific make, model, type, and accessory specifications.

In the event of a traffic accident, any damages exceeding the limits of your mandatory traffic insurance policy are covered by HDI Katılım, up to the specific limit stated in your policy.

This coverage activates in the event of death or permanent disability resulting from an accident involving your vehicle. Upon request, it also covers your medical treatment expenses.

Your vehicle's original factory-installed accessories are covered under this policy. Additionally, any aftermarket accessories you have installed can be evaluated and included in your policy coverage.

During damage repairs, parts are replaced with new ones, and compensation is calculated based on your vehicle's current market value.

Your vehicle remains protected under the terms of this policy even when traveling outside of Türkiye.

Any loss of income incurred during the period you are unable to use your vehicle due to damage is covered, subject to the limits specified in the policy.

Hazardous materials transported in your vehicle with the necessary permits are also included within the scope of coverage.

In the event that your cargo-carrying vehicle sustains damage, the goods you are transporting may also be safeguarded under this coverage.

Thanks to our Rapid Support Centers located across Türkiye—as well as any contracted service center of your choice—your vehicle is taken in for repairs without delay.
